Tasting of three 100% Italian breed tartare with:

  • Soft core buffalo mozzarella (burrata), dried cherry tomatoes and sweet pepper cream 
  • Black truffles
  • Parmesan fondue

Tasting of 100% Italian breed:

  • Flank Steak, Sirloin and Fiorentina of
  • IGP white veal from the Marche region 
  • Beef from the central Apennine IGP Chianina breed 
  • Piedmontese Fassona 
  • Side dish composed of crispy baked potatoes or salad

After the aperitif, the food and wine journey will begin which will allow you to fully enjoy the meat specialties and our staff, if you wish, will tell you everything there is to know about meat and give you interesting information on the origin of the wines and relating wineries.
